25 January 2008
Following the Final Claims Submission Date, if a Scheme Creditor did not complete and return a Claim Form, together with the appropriate supporting documentation in accordance with the instructions accompanying the Claim Form, by the Final Claims Submission Date then the Scheme Creditor will lose its entitlement to assert any Scheme Claim. The Scheme Manager shall attribute a nil value to the Scheme Liabilities owed to the Scheme Creditor and such Scheme Liabilities shall be deemed to have been satisfied in full under the Scheme.

23 July 2007
A letter enclosing the Claim Form and Notice of Sanction was sent to Scheme Creditors where an address was known to PRO.

10 July 2007
The Scheme was sanctioned by the High Court of Justice on 9 July 2007 and became effective and binding on the Scheme Companies and their Scheme Creditors on 10 July 2007.

25 June 2007
The results of the Scheme Meetings have been announced and are as follows:

Accordingly, the Schemes were duly approved by the Scheme Creditors of each of the Scheme Companies.

The Court hearing to sanction the Scheme has been scheduled for 9 July 2007 at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London.

12 March 2007
The court hearing to sanction the Schemes previously scheduled for 14 March 2007 has been deferred pending completion of the vote valuation by the vote valuer. Scheme Creditors will be notified of the revised date on this website when it has been arranged.

28 February 2007
The Scheme Meetings were convened in London on 28 February 2007. Votes were cast by Scheme Creditors. All vote values will be reviewed by the vote valuer, John Ryan, and any disputed vote values will be determined by him. Scheme Creditors will be notified of the results of the Scheme Meetings on this website and are advised to refer to this website for further updates.

19 December 2006
A letter enclosing the Explanatory Statement and Scheme (on CD-Rom), the Voting Form, Form of Proxy and Notice of the Scheme Meetings was sent to Scheme Creditors where an address was known to PRO.

12 December 2006
On 12 December 2006, Mr Justice Rimer granted the Scheme Companies leave to convene a single Scheme Meeting of each Scheme Company for Scheme Creditors to vote on the proposed Scheme.

23rd November 2006
Scheme Creditors are informed that the Leave to Convene Hearing will take place on 12 December 2006 at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL.

26th July 2006
The Leave to Convene Hearing on 26 July 2006 was adjourned by Mr Justice Lindsay with liberty to restore at a future date.

9th May 2006
The hearing before the High Court on 8 May 2006 for permission to convene the Scheme Meetings ('Leave to Convene Hearing') was adjourned by Mr Justice Richards pending the delivery of judgement in the WFUM Pool scheme convening hearing.
